Back to the good old times!
At the end of the 19th century the people of Munich started vacation trips on the weekends. People took the train to Grafrath. The Amper could be travelled by ship and so they went to to the Ammersee by ship. Later the traintrack to Herrsching was built.
Today no ship is sailing the Amper anymore, but we don’t want to miss out of the enjoyment of a ship cruise and board a steamboat in Herrsching, to reach our destination.
